Bobbi Brown 5-Piece Nude Basics Collection

I received this collection Friday and first impressions is, "Oh my God, I actually have Bobbi Brown!". Second was why are these so hard to open? But honestly? I love the way they feel. This collection is available on QVC for $87.96, down from $96.75. From what I see on the website, you have the option to do easy payments. Sounds like a pretty dang good deal to me! 

The eye palette has 6 shadows and a double ended brush. The colors are Ivory, Hot Stone, Graphite, Naked, Opal and Rich Caviar. These colors are buttery and soft and as of yet, I haven't noticed any fallout from using them. The colors are rich and true to the shades in the pans.

This blush, called Katie, is actually for you lips AND cheeks. Now, I've known for a while you could do this, but I haven't been brave enough to actually do this until I felt this formula. This formula is highly pigmented and lush. Just a tiny bit on cheeks and lips and you're good to go.

Now, this is something I've been looking forward to. The Face Touch-Up Palette. With 4 combinations to touch up your face, it's perfect for your purse. You have Light Bisque for a corrector, Beige for a Creamy Concealer, Beige for the Foundation Stick, and Pale Yellow for you Sheer Finish Pressed Powder. All of these colors worked perfectly for my skin and it was nice to see that I didn't have to actually wear foundation to look good.

Oh, lip gloss. Something as luxurious as this, makes me think that I just put candy on my lips. This High Shimmer Gloss is perfect over any lipstick to give it just enough kick to make you feel like you're a star. The color is Pink Sparkle and it's aptly named. It sparkles like tiny little diamonds and honestly, if it was clear with the sparkle, I would use it as a highlighter to go out with my girlfriends.

When I look at this eyeliner, I immediately thought of dark chocolate. The eyeliner, named Black Chocolate, is dang near unmovable when you apply it. It looks good on just about anyone that I have tried it on and made everyone feel special. When you feel something so soft and easily applied, you feel special. It glides like a piece of chocolate melting in you mouth and makes you want more. Definitely something every makeup addict should have in their collection.

Overall, I am excited to have this in my collection and I know that I will be using it for a long time and definitely will be repurchasing it in the future. So go ahead, head on over to QVC and get one for yourself!
